From March 27th 2013 until April 3rd 2013
Firstly, there is a new special type of crop in 2 varieties (from lvl 2) to grow during this Event:
Daisy
Time: 4 hours
EP (2x2): 32 EP
Plant category: "Event"EP (2x2): 32 EP
Event value: 5
Can be grown only on farm fields (including Bahamarama)
Comfort Daisy
Time: 8 hours
EP (2x2): 56 EP
Plant category: "Event"EP (2x2): 56 EP
Event value: 8
Can be grown only on farm fields (including Bahamarama)
You will receive 10 of each of Daisy and Comfort Daisy seeds, as these are new Event Crops. If you drop down to zero of any of these two crops, you'll receive 5 new seeds after about 5 hours (regardless of which plant is active).
Both seeds can be sown on both normal and comfort fields (swift meadows - usable at level 60)
This event brings a new approach for the normal and comfort plants. Here are the most important facts:
- You can only use 1 crop type at a time. At the start of the event the Daisy is the default active plant (the 4h growing plant). You will only be able to plant this type of daisy, at least until your first switch (which is free).
- The event does not require using the switch, it is just an optional feature implemented for the users who want to experience playing with both plant types
- The active plant can be switched at any time in the event, using the button no. 11 in the event layer
.
You will then see the following layer:
You will then see the following layer:
- Only the first switch is free (activate comfort daisies (8h) over the normal daisies (4h) ). You will have the 8h plants active and ready to be planted, and the 4h will be rendered inactive. All the subsequent switches will cost each 15 BBs (for example when trying to switch back to active 4h plants).
- All your event plants will be visible at all times in the Barn, but you can only use one plant (the active one).
- The switch will not affect maturing plants (for example, if your fields are sown with normal daisies and you switch to comfort daisy, the already planted seeds will not switch, you will still have to harvest the normal daisies). The change will, however, lock your existing plants in the barn and enable the other type of plants (so, using the example above, you will harvest your normal daisies but you will not be able to plant them again, because the comfort daisies are now active).
- The switch will not change one type of the plant into the other, it simply switches between active/inactive plants (for example, if you have 300 daisies in your barn and you decide to switch, the comfort daisy will become active but your 300 normal daisies will stay in your barn, inactive). You will only be able to use the comfort daisies that you have available at the time of the switch.
- The donation layer will accept both the active and inactive plant values.
There are 4 Egg sizes: Small, Medium, Large and Extra large All 4 types of eggs will appear in the CITY, at regular intervals. Each Egg has a different Barn value. At the first login of the event, you will see 6 Eggs waiting for you already in the city.
You'll see up to a maximum of 6 visible at one time.
All you need to do is to click on the eggs for them to go to your Barn. A player that collects the eggs every 15 minutes has the chance to receive the highest cumulative (overall) value (not highest value eggs).
You can also gift the small eggs to/from neighbours/buddies
- you can send 5 free gifts per day (or 7 if you've opened the SkillTree rune). After that, each egg sent will cost you 2 BBs
- up to 20 gifts can be received per day.
You'll see how many you have collected in your Barn under "Other".
