From Friday 11th until Sunday 13th of November, we will have a new mini-event, the "gift & trade" which will from now on take place on a regular basis – like i.e. the Happy Tree Days.

In this event, you can clean up your inventory and give away items you no longer need.

You can give them as gifts to your buddies or sell them to earn a some CCs.

During the gift & trade days, you can finally clean up your inventory.

Like on a flea market, your dusty stuff might become some other player’s joy – or some CCs for you.

The gifting is easy:

Before you can start the gifting and trading, you have to buy licences for yourselves (in the shop or see "licences on offer" in the event window), these cost BBs.

Once you own gift licences, you can choose the "Gift" (with the package as icon) button in the event window.
The number of gifts available to you is displayed.
With a single click the inventory opens: Under each item you will find the button "Gift". When you click "Gift This" - the buddy list (like in the normal gifting pop-up) will open and you can choose the recipient.
After a confirmation, your gift goes to the recipient.

Note: Each receiver can receive max. 20 gifts per day – in addition to the maximum of 18 normal gifts.

Here are the prices for gift licences:

• gift licence1, "giftmaker"

o Price: 2 BB
o Number of giftable Items: 1

• Gift licence 2: "Multi-gift-maker" - 17% savings

o Price: 10 BB
o Number of giftable Items: 6

• Gift licence 3: "Super-gift-maker" - 25% savings

o Price: 30 BB
o Number of giftable Items: 20

• Gift Licence 4: "favorite neighbour" - 33% savings

o Price: 53 BB
o Number of giftable Items: 40

The trading works pretty much the same way:

To get rid of objects, you must also first obtain a trader’s licence.
Back in the layer, next to the button "Sell" (CC icon) will appear.
Click here and the number of available sales will be displayed.
If you click it, the inventory opens and instead of the "Select" button you will find the button "Sell" under each item.
Before the item is sold, there comes a security check - asking if you want to actually sell the item.
Once you confirm this, the item is sold and the amount of CCx booked.And here are the prices of trader licences:• Dealer Licence 1: "flea market vendor"

o Price: 2 BB
o Number of sellable items: 1

• Dealer Licence 2: "Belly shop vendor" - 17% savings

o Price: 10 BB
o Number of sellable items: 6

• Dealer Licence 3: "shopkeeper" - 25% savings

* Which items are giftable/tradable?

All items from the inventory (Box icon on left of Farm) will be trade- or giftable. Only exception are the free gift items.

* How long do the licenses last?

A license does only work during the event and only during this event.

Unused licenses won’t be deleted, they will stay in the database and can be reused when the event takes place again.

* How can I buy Gift Licences?

Select the "Gift" tab at the top of the pop-up.
Once you've chosen which pack you want to purchase, you'll see this pop-up:



If you validate, you will then receive this pop-up:


You can then click on the Gift icon at the bottom right:


Then select which "type" of item you want to gift, and the precise item.

note: this will not gift/trade ALL the available items (ex. 3 peach trees), only 1 will be gifted/traded

Then you'll be prompted to select which neighbour/buddy to send it to (same as usual buddy selector pop-up), then you'll get a confirmation of the gift to be sent to that player:


Once validated, the gift-item is sent, and your neighbour/buddy will receive a pop-up to inform him/her of your gift.

* What is the maximum amount of gifts?

During the gift & trade, it is possible to receive 20 more gifted-items, in addition to the normal max. of 18 gifts a day

* How can I buy Trade Licences?

Select the "Trade" tab at the top of the page.
Then the procedure is similar to the pictures above, same pop-ups.

Then, once you've bought your Trade Licences, you can click on the Trade icon at the bottom right, and you'll see your inventory, where you can select items to sell back to the "system".
* How much can I earn for my items?

The amount of CCs will be displayed in the pop-up!

* Can other users buy my items?

No, the items goes to the “system”.
If you want to give something to other users, you have to gift it.
