Some small bugs got corrected

Finally some small but annoying bugs had been fixed, more precisely this ones:

• The Farm wheel now shows the correct amount of tools displayed when winning a toolbox.
• The all-wrong tool tip "You don’t need water on the Green Meadow" now shows the correct tip (Magical Glade)
